General FAQs
What accuracy should we expect?
Project-dependent. As a guide: LiDAR terrestrial ±10–20 mm; UAV LiDAR ±2–3 cm; photogrammetry ±25–50 mm with GCP/PPK and good geometry.
Can you operate near controlled airspace or sensitive sites?
Yes—subject to local permits/permissions and safety constraints. We’ll advise during planning.
Can you work indoors and outdoors?
Yes—tripod/SLAM for interiors; terrestrial/UAV for exteriors and corridors.
How fast is delivery?
Small sites (≤25 ha) are often 2-5 business days after capture; larger or complex scopes are quoted with timelines.
Who owns the data?
You do. We provide a clear license and retain backups for the agreed period.
