Services at a glance

LiDAR Scanning

High-density 3D capture for measurable as-builts and defensible decisions.

  • Up to ±10–20 mm (terrestrial), ±2–3 cm (UAV) with control
  • Registration, QA residuals, density/coverag
  • LAS/E57, True Ortho, DSM/DTM

Drone Mapping

Viverra maecenas accumsan lacus vel. Risus ultricies tristique nulla aliquet enim tortor. Nam aliquam sem et tortor consequat id porta nibh

As-Built Scan Verification

Design vs reality—checked and documented.

  • Deviation maps, sections, pass/fail by zone
  • Issue register with IDs and locations
  • Sign-off PDF + CSV for closure

3D Modeling

From raw scans to clean, shareable 3D assets.

  • Watertight/review meshes with agreed triangle targets
  • Texturing optional; GLB/OBJ/FBX/STEP
  • Packaging with thumbnails & notes

360 Virtual Tours

Walk sites remotely—maps, photos, and context in one link.

  • Floor/area maps with hotspots to drawings/specs/issue
  • Optional offline viewer bundle
  • Brandable UI and access control

Scan-to-BIM

BIM models you can trust—built from verifiable scans.

  • Revit/IFC aligned to your grid/levels and CRS
  • Clear LOD scope and naming standards
  • QA sheets with deviation snapshots

How it Works

1. Scope & Use-Case

Objectives, tolerances, and deliverables.

2. Plan

Airspace/checks, RAMS, access, control layout.

3. Capture

Terrestrial, SLAM, UAV photogrammetry/LiDAR as appropriate.

4. Process

Registration, boresight (for LiDAR), ortho/elevation, meshing.

5. QA

Residuals, checkpoints, density/coverage masks, deviation snapshots.

6. Deliver

Formats you use, plus a spec/QA report and viewer-ready files.

General FAQs

Project-dependent. As a guide: LiDAR terrestrial ±10–20 mm; UAV LiDAR ±2–3 cm; photogrammetry ±25–50 mm with GCP/PPK and good geometry.

Yes—subject to local permits/permissions and safety constraints. We’ll advise during planning.

Yes—tripod/SLAM for interiors; terrestrial/UAV for exteriors and corridors.

Small sites (≤25 ha) are often 2-5 business days after capture; larger or complex scopes are quoted with timelines.

You do. We provide a clear license and retain backups for the agreed period.
